Late Cancellation policy

Once a company or self-employed individual has confirmed a booking with OHRMS Ltd, whether direct or through an agency or third party acting on our behalf, we reserve a time slot in our diary and incur costs. By confirming a booking for a service, including booking a clinic time and place for a medical examination, you agree to enter into a contract with OHRMS Lts that includes the late cancellation fee policy as outlined below:

  1. Cancellation of your appointment less or equal to 24 hours prior to the agreed appointment time will incur a 75% late cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is calculated in relation to the fee for the service that was originally booked.

  2. Cancellation of your appointment less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% late cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is calculated in relation to the fee for the service that was originally booked.

  3. If a cancelled or missed appointment is re-scheduled for another time, a 50% discount is offered over the incurred late cancellation fee. The cost for the rescheduled appointment would be the regular cost plus the reduced late cancellation fee for the cancelled or missed appointment.

  4. OHRMS resrves the right to refuse to take bookings for serial 'non-attenders' at our discretion.

  5. When you arrive more than 1/2 hour late for an appointment, we may not be able to process your appointment on that day, due to other commitments or office closure. If this is the case but you agree to re-schedule your appointment then this new appointment will attract a 25% mark-up due to late arrival. If you do not wish to re-schedule you are still liable for the cancellation fee as outlined under point one above.

  6. Confirmation by email of an appointment will also signify agreement with this late cancellation policy.
